You start with our universal New Patient Intake — a secure, HIPAA-compliant form. From there your provider directs you to one or more service-specific screening forms (TRT, GLP-1, or peptides) based on what you're after. Once those are submitted, your provider reviews everything: history, screening answers, and labs. If you don't have recent labs, we'll send a requisition or point you to home-collection options. After review, we schedule a telehealth video visit to discuss your labs, your goals, and your treatment plan.
There's nothing to pay when you apply. Your provider reviews your intake, screening, and labs first. If you qualify, we'll send you a secure payment link to activate your membership — billing starts only when you complete it.
If your provider determines you're not a candidate for treatment, you owe nothing — no payment is ever collected before approval. If you change your mind, simply don't complete the payment link. No pressure, no obligation.

Each includes provider oversight, prescription management, direct messaging, and care coordination. Prescriptions are sent to licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, which dispense your medication and ship it discreetly to your door. If you prefer, you may have your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Medication details are discussed with your provider during your consultation.

This gives your provider a full picture of your hormonal health and ensures your treatment is based on real data, not guesswork. We'll guide you through the process — most patients complete them at a nearby lab within a few days.
